What has happened?
On February 23, 2024, we had to take the difficult step of filing for insolvency. Since then, we are working closely with our provisional insolvency administrator. Our goal is to restructure the company and continue operations as soon as possible with the help of new investors.
Following the instructions of the provisional insolvency administrator, we began informing affected customers via email or telephone on March 4, 2024.
Our online shop remains open. However, due to the current situation, we are unable to offer our full range of products.
Please note that the following instructions originate from our provisional insolvency administrator, and we are unable to make any exceptions.
We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but we kindly ask you not to contact us requesting special treatment, as this is unfortunately not possible under any circumstances.
What happens if I placed an order before February 23, 2024, and have not yet received the goods?
For insolvency-related reasons, we are no longer able to process these outstanding orders.
Exchanges for immediately available products or partial deliveries are also not possible.
What happens to my refund if I made a payment before February 23, 2024?
For insolvency-related reasons, we are unable to issue refunds if your payment was received before February 23, 2024.
Resending recently returned goods, exchanging for immediately available products, or issuing a voucher for the open amount are also not possible.
Can I claim warranty for my glasses if I ordered them before February 23, 2024?
In the case of a legitimate complaint about products purchased before February 23, 2024, a replacement delivery is not possible due to the provisional insolvency proceedings. The purchase amount can be registered as a claim in the insolvency table.
When and how can I register my outstanding claims in the insolvency table?
After the opening of the insolvency proceedings, a form will be available in our Help Center, through which you can register your claims with the insolvency administrator. We expect the insolvency proceedings to commence in early April, subject to confirmation and instructions from the court.
Please note that it is currently not possible to register your claims in the insolvency table. We ask for your patience and advise against contacting us or the provisional insolvency administrator to assert your outstanding claims.
Rest assured, we will contact you as soon as further information becomes available.
