First check your UPS tracking code, which you received by email with the shipping confirmation. If the status of the order is also marked as "delivered" there, please contact our customer support by phone or email. We will then initiate a shipment investigation.
If the package is damaged or empty, please keep it for the time being. In this case, you can send us a few pictures of the external condition of the package via email at info@edel-optics.co.uk.
