For insolvency-related reasons, orders placed up until February 23 unfortunately cannot be fulfilled.
If you haven't paid for this order yet (for example, if you chose invoice payment), you don't need to take any further action.
If you've already paid for your order, and since we're currently unable to issue a refund, we'll contact you as soon as we've found a solution in coordination with our court-appointed provisional insolvency administrator.
Orders placed from February 23, 2024:
The delivery stop affects all orders placed with us until February 23. Orders placed from February 23 onwards are being shipped as usual.
Currently, only products that are immediately available can be ordered from us. You can expect the delivery of these items in within 2-5 business days.
